Communicative behavior models, linguistic personality types, stereotype speech reactions within the conflict situation in the framework of organizational communication can be considered as prototypical for conflict situations in the «human – human» interaction. The aim of the paper is to reconstruct the image of the pre-conflict situation on the basis of speech interaction, when a student is late for a lesson. During the perceptual-auditory analysis we determine content and intentional conflict components, reproduced by the test recipients (n = 16). The results argue that in the framework of pre-conflict situation the test recipients are more likely to focus on the form of the message of the speech (on how people say smth.) and are less inclined to focus on the intention for which the message was sent. The speech behavior model represented in the analyzed speech samples coincides with the image of acceptable speech behavior in the pre-conflict situation driven by the violation of the norm «to come to the lesson on time».
