The paper explores the thesis about the diversity of communicative environments and describes their basic styles / types making an accent on their close interaction. The author argues the thesis referring to the concept of psychology of conflict. Particular attention is paid to interpretation of interpersonal conflict. Analyzing a case out of the author’s personal experience he shows the uncontrolled transition of interpersonal conflict into professional, social and even intercultural (interethnic and interreligious) ones. Special attention is paid to the basis of intercultural conflicts and the role of politicians in their beginning, development and non-ecological / non-positive outcomes. The paper raises the issue of ethnic ecology of mentality referring to literature, artistic and theatre studies. The author emphasizes that the analyzed issue primarily concerns natural human communication in all its forms, types and genres, since conflict is an obligatory component of all times and epochs of human life, remaining unexplored up to the present day. The author also investigates the didactic aspect of this problem, which is acquisition of special knowledge and skills through the organized emotions in ecological / positive communication even in conditions of modern natural acceleration.
