The paper looks into the communicative behavior of the participants to Internet-mediated communication – active users of thematic Internet-forums. The methodological platform is based upon the theory of autopoiesis. The research material involves six Russian and English Internet-forums. The analysis showed that the com-municants tend to use stereotypical speech actions, while there are few examples of the communicants’ using argumentation to support their vision.
