Abstract

The article has its purpose to identify adequate strategies for fictional translation of colour terms from Italian into Russia on the example of a speech of vision impaired child. The method of definitional analysis is used to analyse basic colour terms and its semantics in the linguistic view of the world, to research the symbolic colour terms and to summarize adequate translation strategies.
