Abstract

The analysis covers research by Chinese authors with a focus on the analysis of the Chinese value system. The purpose of the study is to describe the history of the formation and development of the scope of Chinese axiological research and to determine the prospects for its further development. Based on the analysis of scientific papers in Chinese, the key directions and periods of axiological research are identified and approaches to the study of Chinese values are determined. Within the framework of Chinese axiology, there is an obvious lack of linguistic research focusing on the Chinese value system. The development of a scientific base within the framework of Russian ethnopsy-cholinguistics for the analysis of axiological concepts considered as preferred models of behavior in the society in a certain historical period and fixed in linguistic images, symbols, etc., determines the prospects for the development of ethnopsycholinguistics as an independent direction of Chinese linguistic axiology.
