The paper aims to describe the corpus of oral speech of elderly people for further linguistic analysis using methods of linguistic statistics and computer methods for automated processing of language data. The paper describes the process of design-ing this corpus and analyzes the frequency of the vocabulary used by the elderly. The shared high-frequency vocabulary among all the respondents is analyzed and a differentiated list of high-frequency vocabulary based on education, biological sex, and level of social activity is put together. The research results confirmed the hy-pothesis that the use of pronominal adverbs is one of the distinguishing features of the speech of the elderly subjects involved in the experiment. Furthermore, the study has revealed the influence of some social factors on the preferred lexicon in the speech-thinking processes of the older generation.
